This blog is dedicated to food. Good food. TerinRecipes.com is run by a team of three beautiful ladies.

Luchy – Pretty, lively and bubbling with ideas. She can spin out a recipe idea from anything.
Zainab AKA ZeeZee – Beautiful Hausa-Fulani. Strangers think she is quiet, friends think she is a talkative.
Toyin – Toyin would try 10 ways of repairing the broken kitchen sink pipe before deciding to call the plumber. She’s the typical Do-it-yourself woman.
The sub-team:
Kefas: The 13 year old son of the gate-man likes hanging out in the kitchen so much we had no choice but to include him in the team. His proclivity to appear just minutes before a meal is ready made us give him the nickname ‘The Timer’.

Recipes are categorized based on region of origin. We have also modified certain dishes to appeal to the African taste buds. We are sure you will enjoy cooking and eating many of the dishes profiled here.

There is also the menu where we post non-alcoholic homemade drinks. Please make, gulp, and enjoy as many as you can.

We have fun while we cook. We debate, we compete, we play. There is no limit to the fun we have in Terin kitchen. We almost always get flour in our hairs whenever we play around. What we debate or argue about, we post in for your reading pleasure.
